Ordering | Engraving Information
Please clearly indicate what you want engraved on each of your personalized products. The product will be engraved exactly as you indicate. Note, the longer the text the smaller the engraving will look.
Engraving options vary by product, please be sure to read the product description to see what the character limits are for that specific product. If your order has an engraving request of more than what is allocated it will be pulled from production and you will be contacted, causing a delay in your order.
Our products are engraved by more than one engraver. Because of this, not all products will look the same. An order placed this month might vary from an order placed last month depending the engraver. If you need your engraving to look the same for a wedding order or for multiple gifts, please order them at the same time.

We strive to offer over-the-top customer service and want every client to be happy with their purchase. Should not be for any reason, please Contact Us within 5-7 business days of receiving your order.
Order Changes | Cancellations | Returns
** ORDER CHANGES *** Due to processing time, we cannot honor any change requests to orders after purchase. Please double-check and carefully review your order before submitting it.
Cancellations: We do our best to ship items as quickly as possible. Because of this, the window for cancelling orders is very short and since the majority of our orders are personalized, we cannot restock them if returned. If your cancellation request is seen prior to us processing your order, we are happy to cancel your order for a full refund, but once it has begun processing, we are no longer able to cancel your order.
Returns: We only accept returns on un-engraved products. We will refund you the total minus the shipping costs and you are subject to a 5% restocking fee.

We accept payment by debit/credit card. Due to state tax laws, we are required to charge local sales tax for purchases made in the State of Arizona. (Need to add in new sales tax laws)
Please note that when you place an order, your account is charged immediately, not when your order is shipped. We ship first-in, first-out and your payment reserves your order spot.
Please see our shipping page for our current lead times and shipping time frames. Wait times can change with Holiday Seasons, increasing wait times overnight. Please leave yourself enough time when purchasing for lead times and shipping time. Until your package ships it will remain as “Awaiting Fulfillment” when you check on our website. This means we have your order and it is in production.
If you need an item sooner or by a specific date, please Contact Us before purchasing as notes left at checkout are not seen immediately. We try and accommodate for Weddings and Holidays when we can!
Your order will be processed the business day after you have placed your order. Please note if your order falls on a Postal Holiday, it will processed the next business day. Our office is closed weekends and holidays.
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you let us know about an address change immediately after purchasing, we may be able to make a change, but cannot guarantee it. If a package is returned because the address provided to us was incorrect, we are not responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We will contact the buyer for the correct address, and buyer will need to re-pay shipping and handling costs before we will send the package again.
We cannot guarantee any shipping and/or carrier comments/requests left in the "order instructions/comments" box that appears during checkout, as well as requested via email.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification that allows you to track your package if shipping within the US. If you don't receive, please check your email spam folder too.

Lost Mail: We are not responsible for any errors made by any postal carrier service. If your package has not been received within 3 weeks (US) or 6 weeks (International) of receiving your shipping notification email, please Contact Us. All lost, stolen, and undeliverable packages paid without insurance are the responsibility of the buyer if insurance is not added.
Returned Mail: If a package is returned because the address provided to us was incorrect, we are not responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We will contact the buyer for the correct address, and buyer will need to re-pay shipping and handling costs before we will send the package again.
Refused/Unclaimed Mail: If delivery is refused by recipient or package is unclaimed for any reason, the order will not be refunded. If the package does return back to Sabino Gifts we will contact you for a resolution.
International: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyers responsibility and must be paid at the time of delivery. To remain ethical in our business practices, we cannot mark international shipments as "Gifts" unless your order is an actual gift. If it is, please make note in the comments section of your order so we mark your order as a gift. Sabino Gifts is not responsible for confiscated, destroyed, or rejected shipments by customs.

Authorized employees within the company on a need to know basis only use any information collected from individual customers for the purposes of filling orders. We might contact you via email or phone with questions about your order and we will use the shipping address you provided to ship your products to you. We will only contact you via email with sales or promotions if you opt in to our email newsletter on your own. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers.
We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by Sabino Gifts will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products. Sabino Gifts takes reasonable measure to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.
Information We Collect
To fulfill your order, you must provide us with certain information (which you authorized Shopify, our website host, to provide to us), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information (which we store and process via Stripe), and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You also may have chosen to provide us with additional personal information (for a custom/corporate order, for example) if you contacted us directly.
When you access our website, we may also automatically collect information about you, using Shopify, Facebook Pixels, and Google Analytics including:
Log information: We collect log information about your use of the website, including your IP (Internet Protocol) address, web request, access ties, pages viewed, web browser, links clicked and the page you visited before navigating to purchase a product. We also collect whether or not you are on a desktop or mobile device.
Why We Need Your Information and How We Use It

Service providers. We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to our shop, such as delivery companies, payment processors, and email marketing services. We will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services or if you have given us consent to add you to our email list. Social Sharing Features
Our website offers social sharing features and other integrated tools (such as the Facebook™ "like" button and a Pinterest button), which let you share action you take on our webpages and products with other media, and vice versa. Advertising and Analytics Services Provided by Others

We keep your data for as long as you have an account with us. We also keep some data for security investigation. Most importantly, we have specific obligations for fraud detection and tax reasons. Therefore, we might need to retain certain data even if you ask to delete it.
We may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, we may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If we are deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, we rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer. Our payment processor is Stripe. Stripe’s services in Europe are provided by a Stripe affiliate—Stripe Payments Europe Limited (“Stripe Payments Europe”)—an entity located in Ireland. In providing Stripe Services, Stripe Payments Europe transfers personal data to Stripe, Inc. in the US. In addition to Privacy Shield, Stripe continues to employ additional compliance measures to ensure an adequate level of protection of personal data transferred outside the European Economic Area.

Sabino Gifts is not liable for the actions you, the customer, decide to carry out using ANY Sabino Gifts product. We highly recommend NOT taking the Freedom Frag into any Airport, Federal or Goverment Building. We will not replace any confiscated product as well. Our products are dummy rounds, inert and completely safe.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
