** ORDER CHANGES *** Due to processing time, we cannot honor any change requests to orders after purchase. Please double-check and carefully review your order before submitting it.
Cancellations: We do our best to ship items as quickly as possible. Because of this, the window for cancelling orders is very short and since the majority of our orders are personalized, we cannot restock them if returned. If your cancellation request is seen prior to us processing your order, we are happy to cancel your order for a full refund, but once it has begun processing, we are no longer able to cancel your order.
Returns: We only accept returns on un-engraved products. Since our products are personalized, we do not offer any exchanges or refunds on misspellings that were not the fault of Sabino Gifts.
We will refund you the total minus the shipping costs and you are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
